How Jegs Haven of Hope Began
Jegs Haven of Hope Home was born out of a deep, personal calling. Founder Shiri Mancho understood that healing doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens in community, in structure, and in an environment where people genuinely feel seen, valued, and loved.
What began as a vision rooted in faith became a home in Arlington, Texas, where men, women, and families in recovery can find not just a roof over their heads, but a real foundation for a new life. At Jegs Haven, we don’t simply offer housing — we offer hope that’s tangible, grace that’s daily, and a community that refuses to give up on you.
Our Mission
At JEGS Haven of Hope Home, our mission is to provide a safe, faith-centered foundation, where individuals and families can experience healing, restoration, and a fresh start. A Message from Our Founder
Shiri Mancho is the founder of Jegs Haven of Hope Home and the heart behind its mission. Driven by a faith-rooted calling to serve those in need of a second chance, Shiri built Jegs Haven on the belief that every person has the capacity for transformation when surrounded by the right community and the right support.
With a deep commitment to servant leadership, Shiri created a home where dignity, structure, and genuine care come together — a place that feels less like a program and more like a family.
